Caring for your pet.
Seven Oaks Animal Hospital is a Pet-centered animal hospital, where we believe your Pet deserves the best in medical and surgical care. We partner with our clients to tailor each Pet’s care to their specific needs.
What To Expect
On your first visit with us, we look forward to getting to know you, your pet, and your pet’s individual needs. You will be asked to fill out new client information (click here to download the form in advance if you like to save time!). Before your appointment, we will have the room optimally prepared to minimize stress on your pet. Your technician will greet you, go over your pet’s needs, and present you with a written estimate before performing services. She will record your pet’s vitals. Dr. Cuttino will then examine your pet, talking you through the findings as she goes. Based on exam findings, Dr. Cuttino will discuss a treatment plan with you. When the visit is complete, you and your pet can stay comfortably in the privacy of your exam room- for convenience, your technician will bring the check out process to you. You will be provided with a customized preventive care log, letting you know when all of your pet’s health care needs are due. The following day, you will receive a phone call from our staff checking on you and your pet. This is a great opportunity to ask us any new questions that may arise after your visit as you start any home care with your pet. We encourage feedback and questions- if at any time you have a question, please contact us at 803-731-9200 or firstname.lastname@example.org. We look forward to meeting you and your pet!
